About the Lawyer: Linda J. Robinson is in solo practice in Bridgewater, New Jersey. She has been representing lesbians and gays, persons with disabilities, and the elderly since 1980.
Ms. Robinson received her B.A. from Douglass College. She received her J.D., with honors, from Rutgers Law School- Newark. Prior to entering private practice she served as Assistant Deputy Public Advocate with the New Jersey Department of the Public Advocate and as a staff attorney with the Community Health Law Project.
She has authored legal guides on such subjects as social security law and disability entitlement programs as well as articles on guardianship, estate planning, special education, and disability issues.
Ms. Robinson is a member of: the National Lesbian and Gay Law Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Rights Section, the Elder and Disability Law Section and the Real Property, and Probate and Trust Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association; and the New Jersey Special Education Practitioners Roundtable
